Visited shop with my daughter , lady in the shop was very helpful and patient. We didn't have appointment and was lucky that she didn't have appointment after her last couple, we waited for 10 minutes outside at the nice table. Great thing is that they have such big stock and lots of choices from different types and price ranges. Lady showed us website where we can see even more. All in all definitely I would recommend shop.

I had a great experience with Bridal Caprice. They have a wide range of dresses from really amazing designers, despite being a small boutique. Having visited about 5 different shops in total, I can honestly say that Julia's approach to customer service is great. She did not pressurise me into purchasing the dress the first time I visited. She suggested I take photos and return to try on the dress again before making the final decision, which I found to be valuable given it's such a bid decision to make. It's great that they also offer in-house tailoring so there is no need to search for this separately and they were able to make a few customisations to the dress. They also agreed to store the dress for me until a few days before the wedding which was really helpful. I was so happy with the final look and can't thank them enough for helping me choose the perfect dress. I would highly recommend visiting this store. Thank you so much Julia xx

Julia is sooo helpful! This was the first store I went to for my Wedding Dress. Julia picked my first dress to try on and it was the dress I ended up choosing for my Wedding day.
